How's it work?
With your first subscription order, you will receive your choice of coffee beans along with a complimentary Starter Pack that includes illy ROYAL machine, illy ROYAL milk cooler*, illy logo mugs, and illy logo sugar bags. Throughout your commitment period, you will continue to receive your subscription coffee beans regularly, ensuring a consistent and delightful coffee experience for your team

Installation
Upon subscription, we will arrange for the machine installation within approximately one week. Our technical team contact you to schedule the installation.

Inclusive Maintenance Service Plan

12 Months Warranty Coverage: Enjoy peace of mind with comprehensive warranty support for one year.

Free On-Site Repair and Maintenance: Benefit from complimentary on-site repair and maintenance services for your machine.

Faulty Parts Replacement: All faulty parts are covered for free replacements, excluding damages due to human error or negligence.

Initial Setup Service: We provide a one-time initial setup service upon installation to ensure your coffee machines are fully operational and tailored to your needs.

Responsive Service Calls: Our team will respond to service calls within one working day during business hours (Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM; closed on Sundays and public holidays).

Machine Relocation Service: Dismantling and re-installation of the machine is available at HK$1,080 per job (logistics not included).

Shipping Information

Subscription Plans

We will automatically arrange delivery on the same day of every month during the committed period. 
Delivery will be on the next business day if the scheduled delivery day falls on a non-business day.

Delivery Hours

•Monday to Saturday: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
•For Discovery Bay and Tung Chung, delivery is only available on Monday & Wednesday
•Except on public holiday
