PREPARATION
- Prepare an espresso using the Y3.3 Iperespresso Capsule Machine in a jug or a cup.
- Pour 145ml of milk and 2g of matcha powder directly into the illy Electric Milk Frother.
- Use the smooth mixing disk in the frother to mix and heat the milk and matcha together (the frother will heat and stir automatically).
- After mixing, switch to the toothed frothing disk (if desired) to froth the milk to your preferred texture; the frother will stop automatically when done.
- Pour the frothed milk and matcha mixture into the glass.
- Pour the prepared espresso from the Y3.3 Iperespresso Capsule Machine directly onto the frothed milk in the glass.
