PREPARATION
- Prepare the illy instant coffee, combining 2g of coffee with 100 ml of hot water.
- Put 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream directly into the glass.
- Pour the instant coffee onto the ice cream.
- Garnish with plenty of whipped cream and a sprinkling of unsweetened cocoa powder.
