Coffee Only Subscription - Terms & Conditions

*Your introductory shipment will include your coffee selections and compliemtary ARABICA SELECTION. The number of cans and coffee types you choose for your introductory shipment will be the same for all ongoing deliveries.

Shipping Charges: Shipping is free for recurring orders.

Your deliveries will automatically continue at the frequency unless we hear otherwise from you. You may cancel any time after the minimum period, otherwise, the plan will be terminated automatically upon the completion of maximum period. Your credit card will be charged with each recurring coffee delivery. You can manage your program online at illy.hk

Y3.3 Terms and Conditions

Your introductory shipment will include your FREE machine, welcome gift and your capsule selections. Welcome gifts may vary; while supplies last. illy reserves the right to substit a gift of equal or greater value. Members may not request gift substitutions. By accepting delivery of your introductory shipment, customer confirms the exterior of the product and the conformity of the delivery are acceptable. Any problems to physical integrity, correspondence or completeness of the products received must be reported within 30 working days from receipt of the initial shipment by sending an email to hk.customerservice@kerrycoffee.com, or by calling (+852) 2410-4228.
