In order to mitigate theeffectsofclimate change on the plantations, we have put forward asustainable agricultural modelthat promotes practices for the ecosystem geared toward adaptation, alleviation, and regeneration. Thanks to our collaboration with coffee producers in the Cerrado Mineiro region of Brazil, which has lasted over 30 years, ourfirst coffee 100% sourced from regenerative agriculturewith regenagri® certification has been born.

PRESSURIZED PRESERVATION

Perfectly preserved taste

Patented in 1934 by illy, pressurization is a preservation system in which the air in the tin is replaced by an inert gas at a pressure greater than that of the atmosphere. Packaging our coffee this way not only preserves the freshness but also enhances its aroma.

Created with both form and function in mind, the iconic illy cup was designed by Italian architect and designer Matteo Thun. Its thoughtful design features a thick base to maintain the perfect coffee temperature, a thin rim for a comfortable sipping experience, and a curved shape that allows your coffee to gently pour down smoothly creating that coveted crema.
