Delivery Service - Hong Kong & Macau
Hong Kong
We deliver to Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and New Territories (including Discovery Bay and Tung Chung). No delivery service is available for Outlying Islands and other remote areas.
Shipping Fee
• Free shipping when spending $400 or more
• Standard delivery fee $50 applied on order below $400
Delivery Lead-Time
• Orders placed on or before 3 PM (on working days) will be delivered on the next working day at the earliest.
• Orders placed after 3 PM (on working days) will be delivered on 2 working days at the earliest.
Delivery Hours
• Monday to Saturday: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
• For Discovery Bay and Tung Chung, delivery is only available on Monday & Wednesday
• Except on public holiday
Macau
We provide delivery service to Macau through SF Express
Shipping Fee
• Free shipping when spending $1,000 or more
• Standard delivery fee $100 applied on order below $1,000
Delivery Lead-Time
Orders will be processed within 1-3 working days. The delivery schedule will be subject to SF Express
Subscription Plans
For our subscription customers, we will automatically arrange delivery on the same day of every month during the committed period.
Delivery will be on the next business day if the scheduled delivery day falls on a non-business day
Remarks
1. Working hour: Monday to Saturday: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
2. Delivery service will be suspended when the typhoon signal No.8 or above or the black rainstorm signal is hoisted. In this event customers will be contacted to re-schedule delivery time.
3. If delivery is delayed, postponed or rescheduled due to traffic, weather, different district or other factors, the Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage, no matter whether the factor which causes the delay, postponement or rescheduling is within the control of the Company or not.
4. Delivery service is not available for areas that our vehicles cannot directly access.
5. For special delivery requests, such as specific location or time, an additional HK$200 delivery fee will be charged.
