135ml skim milk
10ml liquid sugar
Unsweetened cocoa powder

PREPARATION
- Prepare an espresso using the Y3.3 Iperespresso Capsule Machine in a jug or a cup.
- Add 10 ml of liquid cane sugar to the espresso in the cup and stir gently.
- Pour 135ml of skim milk and 0.5g of unsweetened coca powder directly into the illy Electric Milk Frother.
- Use the smooth mixing disk in the frother to mix and press the cold froth button (the frother will stir automatically).
- Pour the frothed milk and cocoa mixture into the glass.
- Slowly pour the sweetened espresso from the Y3.3 Iperespresso Capsule Machine into the center of the frothed milk.
- Decorate with a sprinkling of cocoa powder.
