INGREDIENTS

4g instant coffee
100ml water
10ml liquid sugar
130g ice cubes

EQUIPMENT

Cocktail measuring cup (jigger)
Professional mixer

PREPARATION

  1. Place 4g of illy instant coffee into the glass.
  2. Pour 40ml of water directly over the instant powder into the glass.
  3. Use the same glass and froth the ingredients in the mixer for 30 seconds.
  4. Add 10ml of liquid sugar and 130g of ice cubes.
  5. Finish with 60ml of water, filling the glass, and serve.
