PREPARATION
- Place 4g of illy instant coffee into the glass.
- Pour 40ml of water directly over the instant powder into the glass.
- Use the same glass and froth the ingredients in the mixer for 30 seconds.
- Add 10ml of liquid sugar and 130g of ice cubes.
- Finish with 60ml of water, filling the glass, and serve.
